Oak 22 Market is a curated pop-up market and event space located on the upper level of Oak View Mall, next to Dillards.
Designed to spotlight small businesses and emerging brands, Oak 22 Market provides an accessible platform for entrepreneurs to sell products, offer services, and introduce new ideas to the community.
Vendors must have the following:
Registered business name (or operating as sole proprietor)
State/local sales tax ID (Nebraska sales tax permit)
General Liability Insurance (recommended minimum: $1M per occurrence)
Cottage license if applicable
Provide at least 2 options for customer payment (cash + digital method i.e. Venmo/Square/Paypal)

Oak 22 Market is where ideas launch, brands grow, and the community comes together to support local entrepreneurship.
The Oak 22 market is open every weekend from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturday and 12:00 pm to 6:00 PM on Sunday,
On Fridays, some vendors May set up early + there are a variety of games/activities.
To ensure there’s an opportunity for everyone to participate, businesses and vendors can only register once per Month.
The last weekend of every month is dedicated to youth entrepreneurs ages 12–22 years old, celebrating the next generation of creators, innovators, and business owners.
